History


The firm was founded by Sofia Bekkali, an attorney at the Paris Bar, after nearly a decade at Freshfields, where she was part of the Antitrust, Competition & Trade team.

The firm advises on all aspects of competition law including cartels, abuse of dominance, and merger control, as well as foreign direct investment matters.

Background of the founder


Sofia Bekkali holds degrees from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and Paris X Nanterre University. She also graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

She is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners (APDC) and the French Association for Competition Studies (AFEC).

She has been ranked among the Ones to Watch in France by Best Lawyers since 2022.
