Competition Litigation
The firm advises and represents clients in disputes relating to anticompetitive practices including horizontal and vertical agreements, and abuses of dominance.
Our assistance covers both the preventive phase (compliance audits, implementation of compliance programs and training) and the litigation phase (dawn raids, investigations by the European Commission or the French Competition Authority, and appeals before French and European courts).
